Freedom to Buy and Sell
The Freedom to buy and sell was inherent when the United States was founded. You could buy and sell anything you saw fit. Over time this fundamental freedom has been chipped away at until we are left with what we have today. A situation that requires permits or licensing for nearly every possible line of work. A system that increases the costs of startup by huge amounts. This amendment would solve those problems and more.
What it would do is allow any adult to buy and sell any product or service they own. Here is the text of the amendment for your review.
